Acceptance — By clicking Pay, you confirm authority to use the payment method and accept these Terms and applicable Supplier rules.
Scope — This payment is for travel services we arrange (e.g., hotel, flight, transfer, tours). Your booking also follows each Supplier’s own rules.
Prices & Currency — Quoted mainly in AED unless stated. If you pay in another currency, your card issuer’s rate/fees apply. Taxes/fees (e.g., VAT, city/resort fees) may be added.
Payment Processing & Security — Payments are processed by a certified payment processor [Network International LLC]. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full card/payment data (including PAN, CVV). 3-D Secure/OTP may be used.
Deposits & Non-Refundable — Some services require non-refundable deposits or full prepayment. Failure to pay on time may trigger Supplier cancellation/penalties.
Changes, Cancellations, Refunds — Refund/eligibility follows Supplier rules. Our service/handling fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank timelines vary. FX/bank charges are borne by you.
Chargebacks — Please contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks may be contested and any related fees passed on to you.
Travel Requirements — You are responsible for valid documents (passport/visa/health/insurance). Denied boarding/entry typically follows Supplier penalties.
Liability — We are not responsible for Supplier performance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to our service fees on the affected booking.
Force Majeure — Neither we nor Suppliers are liable for events beyond reasonable control (e.g., weather, strikes, government action).
Law & Jurisdiction — Governed by UAE law; courts of Dubai (UAE) have jurisdiction.
